Allegations have been made against some NDC ministers. Just defend yourself and stop the rubbish. As for that Jakpa idiot, he's going to get his comeuppance. He initiated contact with the AG for favourable treatment using his familial links with Kulendi, then presented messages and audio recordings suggesting it was rather the AG who tried to get him to co-operate to nail Ato Forson. He thinks we're all stupid like the likes of Martin Kpeku who goes bonkers just hearing Akufo-Addo's name.

If these dwarfs are men enough, they should give you any bias prosecution and see if we will not take them on. They cannot intimidate the owner of the land thinking we will sit aloof and watch. Godfred Dame told the public that he was entrapped in Yonny Kulundi's residence which has proven to be false.
According to Jakpa,it was Godfred Dame who arranged the meeting at Kulundi's residence.
Lies upon lies from the AG who has not refuted any claim from Jakpa yet.
The AG has finally exposed himself by bringing out WhatsApp conversation between himself and the 3rd accused,Mr Jakpa.
The AG also told the public that he has video to proof how the accused persons came to beg him to drop the case in his house.Where is the video?
Let him bring the video for his own good if it's true because we don't trust him anymore.

First of all, Dame never said anywhere that he never met Jakpa. When the audio came out, Dame was not even in town. It was his deputy who responded and claimed that apart from plea letters received from Jakpa, the office had not met Jakpa, obviously unaware that Jakpa had initiated contact with his boss through Kulendi. You're accusing the AG and turning a blind eye to the fact that Jakpa initiated contact with the AG, hid that fact by truncating it from his released audio and messages, and now telling us that he only released what was relevant to his case. He is a criminal who wanted to pervert the cause of justice by hiding information. He also initiated contact with the AG with malicious intent. Now he is saying he was just sending the AG motivational messages. Nkwaseasem. He thinks we're kids. Only NDC fools get so easily hoodwinked. I think as the agent Jakpa is actually more guilty than Ato Forson. Ato merely signed a letter of credit. Jakpa as the agent should have ensured that what he was supplying was fit for purpose. But the AG appears to have wanted to let Jakpa off the hook bcz of his familial ties to Kulendi. For this, AG must recuse himself, Kulendi must resign as a judge, and Jakpa must be made to face the full weight of the law.

The AG has done well denying the NDC what they seek- a public spat to muddy the circumstances around the case, thereby shifting the focus from the financial loss occasioned by the actions of the accused to some perceived unethical conduct of the AG. The AG is going to use the cross to challenge Jakpa's wild allegations. That's why he is presenting the full exchanges he had with Jakpa. Already from the cross, Jakpa has admitted to being the first to have initiated contact and to collecting Dame's contact from Kulendi. It cannot therefore be true that it was the AG who sought his cooperation to nail Ato with the assistance of Kulendi as the NDC alleged. I wasn't following this case.But now I'm enraged by the conduct of the NDC and Jakpa. Are we fools in this country to allow some people to get away with crime through propaganda? If Jakpa thinks he did the right thing as an agent, why was contacting the AG for a plea deal? For me, he's more guilty than Ato Forson. The latter merely signed al LC. As the agent, Jakpa should have ensured the goods were fit for purpose before shipment. He got his cut as an agent without offering any service? Rubbish!

What is the meaning of defective ambulance?
Were the ambulances damaged on arrival or what?
What were the specifications in the contract?
Who said that Ato Forson was not given authority to sign the LC?
I've experience in import and export business and can say with authority that when you sign a huge contract you include "inspection phase".
Why did the Ministry of Health fail to go and inspect the ambulances before shipment?
If there were defects after arrival as put in the charge sheet,what has been the remedial process?
These are some of the questions we should be asking but not follow blindly behind the AG.Tnx.

This Jakpa guy is another Woyome playing you all for dummies. Don't forget in the Woyome matter, investigations revealed that Woyome distributed some of the illegal loot to office holders in the AG Department and the Ministry of Finance. The authorities didn't pursue the matter bcz of the names involved. For how long can we continue to do this to ourselves. And for you, Mr. Boy Kofi, you can't see it because your thinking is clouded by political hatred. Hating NPP bcz you're left-leaning is so old school, so Kwesi Pratt-like.
