Elite, non-farmers in Accra are stealing from the sweat of downstream farmers. Liberalise the cocoa purchasing and export economy and see if farmers will not obtain fairer prices from Ghana or any other neighbouring countries? Whom does Osafo Manfo expect to be patriotic, the poor villagers who are constantly left dry by freely educated generation of osafo Manfo and his colleagues who have failed Ghana big time?
