  Teachers and Nurses have been writing licensure exams and teachers writing promotion exams.
  Other professions also write exams and still go for face-to-face interviews.
  Stop the laziness and sit down to study and go and write.
  Gh police like cold chop too much!

We have to know whether the amnesty exempted these referred colleagues to skip this exam or not. If they did skip the exams, then he's entitled to whichever luck or amnesty available.

  You will be fine Sir. Just keep going. I sat one professional accountancy paper about 8 times before passing, whilst others passed so easily. I was also on a particular grade for 10 years at my place of work. When I finally got the promotion to the next grade, I was very happy. After only 2 years on that grade, I was moved to another higher rank, and now part of Management. So at times, things may delay, but with calmness and faith in God all will certainly be well some day. So Mr Inspector, keep going.
