  This is confusing! In this country, every one has been made to believe that, one can only be recognized and elevated at workplace by means of acquiring bachelor's and master's degrees at the expense of hard work and experience. It is sad. Useless Public Sector Commission should stop developing useless schemes of service stating that even with hard work and years of work experience, junior officers can not be promoted to senior officer rank without a degree. How can a country develop with such mentality. Some heads of institutions are just senseless and not helping the nation.
