Take off and Landing an aircraft is the most demanding and potentially most dangerous part of flying an aircraft. The mental "work load" or pilots during these two stages of flight is huge. In during the pre-flight briefing take off and landing are always rehearsed by the pilots a few hours before
pilots start the aircraft engines. During this period preparation is made for a few possible critical situations. For example they would have rehearsed among other things how to go round (TOGA) if the landing needs to be aborted at the very last minute .That is why the requirements for Pilot's License is so tough. A single mistake or miscalculation can easily lead to disaster. Pilots must pass tests that demonstrate Mental fortitude amongst other things. This lady pilot was was NOT "tense" but rather she was very focused on what she was doing and at the same time prepared for any potential emergencies. Also note that the "monitoring pilot(not visible in most of the video) would be keeping an eye on a myriad of instruments while the "flying pilot" (in this case the lady) would be focused on flying the aircraft. Youtube Channel "Just Planes" from which this clip was obviously taken is a great channel for learning about how aircraft are flown.

We Africans always want to make such jobs look too manly. Even in football the African female players want to look manly and scary. Aaba!
