How can Partiament implement the recommendations of the Report? The Speaker of Partiament is always having a turf war with the Executive, so how is Parliament going to instruct the Executive to implement the recommendations contained in the Report? Parliament by itself cannot do anything to whoever the Report finds as the culprit, so the whole exercise has been a useless and time wasting one. That exercise ought to have been initiated by the Executive because that is where the appointing authority enamates. The Speaker is over ambitious and power drank. He should learn to stick to his lane.
