Happens especially in Accra and parts of central region, places experiencing increased pressure on land. Land guardian has been banned, and the police/authorities should clamp down heavily in its practitioners

Remind the public that in the past, NDC promised to keep NPP programs but when they came to power they broke their promise and abolished or damaged those functioning NPP programs (Give specific examples). Tell adults who have no children and so don’t care about the FREE EDUCATION program to also start saving money because they might be required to pay school fees for their nephews & nieces, etc. when NDC abolishes the FREE EDUCATION program. Similarly, anyone who is currently receiving a government cash ALLOWANCE must also start saving money because NDC will abolish all allowances if they should win power! 1. The lands Acts that give the chiefs re-entry access after they have sold the land for huge money need to be repealed with immediate effects before things got out of hands in this country.
let us cast our minds back - in the olden days plots of lands were not sold - you just have to pay for some duties in the chiefs palaces and those who would show you the plot that has been given to you for your building so plots of lands for building purposes were not sold but peace of lands for farming activities were sold.$
in todays Ghana a plot of land is been sold at a huge price, why then should the lands Acts still give the chief who had sold the land at that peak of huge price be given a re-entry access?
this must be changed
if the chief has no access to the land after selling it , - there won't be a land guard .
why is the law enforcing agents also not enforcing the land acts on the chiefs- that you cannot sell plot of land to any person without Government approval of the demarcations of the Area ?.
we are living in a country where serious and important issues are left for the uneducated fools to decide the directions as to which those knowledgeable enough to follow.
we cannot build and develop the country like this
