Instead of leading Parliament to enact legislation that will address current pressing issues affecting Ghanaians, Afenyo-Markin will rather use the Free SHS program as a political tool to score useless campaign points for his desperate NPP. How can a Member of Parliament, who also happens be the Leader of the Majority in Parliament, waste time in Parliament asking another member to debate a matter that has not been submitted as a proposed bill? Afenyo-Markin knows how to loot banks, but surely has no clue as to how to lead in Parliament. I wonder where the Speaker was, for Afenyo-Markin should have been called for being totally out of order in attempting to discuss a matter that has not been officially introduced as a bill. If Afenyo-Markin wants so much to talk about his nonsense that appears on social media, then let him come forward and tackle the public, if dares.
