to come and install; and it also came up that if the government is mot satisfied with the Ambulances the company was prepared to take them back and pay Ghana government whatever needs to be paid, we are told the AG refused, just because the NPP wants Ato Forson to go to jail. Is this a fair case, not so in my view,the Judge should throw the case out and let's have our peace. NPP is a shame and an embarrassment to Ghanaians.

As an accused person in a high profile case, why did he need to have a private conversation with the AG about the case in his (Jakpa's) cousin's house? Was the statement he is attributing to the AG about Fante's being thieves captured on the controversial video recording? Was Ato Forson the Minority leader at the time of this first meeting and the subsequent three other meetings? I believe the public will not fail to take careful notice of the way this man on trial is recklessly and dangerously introducing ethnic politics into this high profile trial. The path Jakpa is towing, obviously under NDC tutelage, is not going to help him in any way, and is an obvious threat to peace in the country in this election year.
