  So the NPP government is telling us, they can't come up with ghc7m to clear those donated drugs from the port? Knowing the people ruling us, it's not difficult to venture the reasons why. Going by politicians and their self-serving interest, anyone can imagine the reason for the delay in clearance of these essential drugs. Politicians are known to be corrupt but the NPP politicians takes this unpleasant habit away too far. NPP should learn to be a little caring for the ordinary citizens on the street, every pesewa doesn't have go through their personal pocket before every deed is done.

  This corrupt government always wants to spend Ghana's money frivolously any time. Because it is donations and they can't make any money out of it directly, they want to leave at port at a garage or warehouse which is believed to be for one of their cronies to accumulate demorage (cost) for Ghana to pay for them to benefit. This bunch of corrupt government will never do anything free for Ghanaians, they must always benefit directly or indirectly.
  I hear the demorage is about ghc7million, it hasn't met their target of ghc 10 million or ghc20million so they will not give it out now.
  What a wicked government!

  If was a loan they would have signed the paperwork and taken the money. Someone gives you all these items and you still want the person to pay taxes on that gift, we are laughable country.
