Parents are now more for secondary education because of the double track system where parents employ part time to teach their wards who are at home because the the bogus double track system. Students are always hungry because there is no money to purchase food for the innocent students under the free SHS program.. . Why doesn't the government review the SHS program to abolish the bogus double track system and allow heads of schools to purchase food items for their students as was done in the past?
