  BoG was right in closing down GN Savings and Loans Company. International Business Solutions (IBS LLC) was established by Dr. Nana Kweku Nduom (the first son or child of Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom) and was being used to siphon money from GN Bank and then GN Savings and Loans Company. What was being done IBS was exporting every stupid things to Groupe Nduom (GN) including flower pots and WCs at inflated prices. Millions of dollars were transferred to IBS LLC by GN Bank for exporting items to other affiliates of GN such as Gold Coast Securities, Coconut Grove Hotels etc which these companies struggle to pay. On many occasions, some of these important Ledger Accounts of GN Bank were overdrawn, leaving huge debit balances.

  It's obvious that Dr. Nduom is stubbornly rejecting BoG's rationale for revoking his banking license and rather going on an emotional rant of baseless blame of Ken Ofori Atta. He should be left to stew in his own juice.

  Failed oversight responsibility by BOG. If you were duly supervising the activities of the bank, customers deposits would have been protected. I prefer you remain silent as the woes of customers is a direct consequence of your irresponsibility to provide prudent supervision over these banks, and no official has faced any disciplinary action for their actions.
