    Does it mean there is no policy guard lines and bills regarding the implementation of the Free SHS? Meaning everything therein have been always on experiment for 7 years at the detriment of our kids? Holalaaaa

    I don't know why you want to force this I'll taught out policy down the throat of Ghanaians. Why not also introduce free basic schools rather. You can pass the law but if there is no money to implement it what else?
