With people like you Bagbin and your kind in the NDC bent on resorting to violence on election day and thereafter, the government is highly advised to deploy the military during the elections. We can't gamble with our peace for the sake of some useless fellow's personal agenda. In any case the President doesn't need your advice on this matter. Afterall you're the far 3rd in command as you're want to reminding us at the least opportunity.

They have no respect for the any of the security agencies and must be made to obey the laid down rules and regulations of the ELECTORAL COMMISSION.

Yes, in a civilized society the military is not deployed at polling stations because the citizens are apt and well versed in their civic responsibilities unlike Ghana where a voter will be paid 10 cedis to snatch a ballot box. The presence of the military scares these miscreants or anti societal elements so, the military should be deployed at all polling stations.
