  Mr Bagbin,answer these quetions...1.is it the 1st time this EC is organizing elections? 2.did her prepartions affected the outcome and caused chaos?
  3.didn't Mahama said in 2016 that Ghanaians should allow the EC to do its mandated job?So what has changed now?
