The court is obliged to admit the audio tape involving Jakpa and AG as a solid evidence.
What makes the difference?
Will any court object such an audio tape when dealing suspects of terrorism or coup plotters?

Ghana does not operate a kangaroo court and so the tape recordings between the attorney general and Jarpka must be played in public .
