We can't rule ourselves because of corruption and mismanagement. Institutions don't work in Africa. Ghana police don't care. Even if you report a criminal, they refuse to arrest. These galamseyers are their friends. Top officials will defend the criminals. Only the poor ones who have no money to bribe a police, and a judge have to go to prison. Money and whom you know.
