However this strategy is flawed because majority of NDC members cannot read or do basic arithmetic to present factual evidence on court.

A small factor can be applied to all the figures that connect show. But add up to change the final results. I'm a data programmer and knows what I'm talking about. Imaging addin0.01 to all individual NDC figures. It will not show on the numbers. But at the end of a total of five million votes it will add 50,000 votes.
