The judge has told Godfred Dame in her ruling that he should stay away from this case for public interest and public confidence in the judiciary system.
The advice given to Mr Dame is for his own interest and that of NPP.
If Mr Dame is becoming adamant and insolent not to accept the prudent and strong advice of the judge then we a problem with our justice system in Ghana.
How can we have confidence in the judiciary system when a judge and AG disagree in common principles?Tnx.
