It is ridiculous. Very untidy. Very unprofessional, disgraceful and unbecoming of an Attorney General who is the leader of the bar to set such a bad historical precedent thereby damaging his personal integrity, professional reputation and social morality permanently. He will remain in the legal books and be referenced in academic courses by both students and lecturers locally and internationally forever and ever, Amen.

It is trite that rules of natural justice require that no person should be condemned until he has been afforded the opportunity to defend himself, and in this case in a court of law.
