and as a minister of justice you are the leader of justice system in Ghana. That is why He is the leader of Ghana BAR ASSOCIATION, that is the reason why GODFRED YEBOAH DAME has many protocols and advantages in every court in Ghana,
That is why he is the last person to be consulted for an opinion before any ACT is passed into law- he has all these because the constitution of Ghana has enshrined him as the leader of justices system in Ghana.

Some people members were charged with embezzlement of money and were due for court, surprisingly the docket got MISSING in the A-F’s office. He emphatically denied that the docket ever came to his office. After months of fighting, it was found in his office. Since then, I lost respect for him. Even that the culprits were never sentenced until K4 left office and they were jailed by the next govt.
