In view of this, it’s amazing that Alan thinks he could engender any confidence in the Ghanaian voter that he could turn the tide in our export/import situation. If you were a member of cabinet for the periods under Kuffour and Akuffo Addo and you were unable to make any impact in this area of governance, it simply points to wasted years under your watch. Was it incompetence or indifference?
