That is a bad deal for Ghana! In the US, private 5G uses the 3.5GHz frequency for a spectrum size of 150MHz and anybody can use to deploy private 5G using the general license so why will NCA restrict even MNOs from using this ...

This is a matter of integrity and accountability which is the number reason this country is bleeding big time. E.g trying to sell hotel with 90% occupancy rate to ROCK CITY

From colonial times, we have allowed foreign interests to divide us to the point where we prefer to hand over commercial opportunities to foreigners at the expense of our local political opponents. In these case, the consortium is made up of telco operators with significant local control. While the special purpose vehicle was established a week before presidential approval, the parties in the consortium are not new players. The only major actor in the telco sector not involved is foreign-owned MTN. So the question here is who
