But really what can one do under such circumstances? The boy is is dead . Very sad. This could be a teachable moment for all the reckless drivers on our roads. I have driven in NYC, LONDON, PARIS .ATL ,LA AND DC. WHAT WE DO IN GHANA WITH OUR BAD ROADS , IS NOT DRIVING. I AM NEVER SURPRISED IF SOMEBODY DIES IN A VEHICULAR ACCIDENT IN GHANA. MOST OF OUR LEADERS HAVE LIVED IN THE WEST. MY QUESTION TO THEM : DO WE HAVE A HIGHWAY IN GHANA AS DEFINED BY THE WHITEMAN?

If that is the case did he go there in his current condition under medication, wearing a neck brace and being assisted walking like a paraplegic. Somehow me thinks it is all a ploy to gain sympathy.
