  This version has recounted events but never mentions that one person has been stabbed. The Police must ban welding, hiding of weapons on persons at registration centers, voting centers, collation centers, strong rooms etc. Weapons must be outlawed at each of the electoral process to secure the centers at this day and age. May God save us.
