Did Ato Forson do the right thing by instructing the payment of €2.37m when the transaction was supposed to be covered by a loan from ECOBANK in yhe first place, and the so-calledambulances had not been inspected before payment and shipment? Did Jakpa supply the right ambulances that he and his company were contracted to deliver? If answers to these two questions are negative, then no amount of political and legal acrobatics can save any of these two guys. Jakpa knows the audio recording is fake and it was created and edited at several points. In this era of AI, only one sentence in audio or video can be recreated to make a whole story supposedly by a person who didn't perform both acts and will both look and sound very original. Those who're asking for the "original" recording from the AG are either so daft or are playing the political game, because it was Jakpa who illegally created the recording. It was recorded not with the agreement of the AG. At his level, if Franklin Cudjoe doesn't know that manipulation of such recordings is possible, then he's a useless person who opens his mouth by heart. If he knows it's possible and he's saying it's not possible, he's been paid to do a hatchet job for NDC.

Your unreasonable support for NDC in all cases makes many independent-minded and right-thinking persons wonder whether IMANI is really an independent Think-tank body or an appendage of NDC. You are making IMANI loose it's credibility as an independent Think-tank organization.
