They're essential in rural areas and inaccessible places in urban centres with delivery of smaller items needlessly done by cars and vans. Avoidable traffic jams, fuel consumption (wastage) issues and emissions, and pollution issues will be curtailed considerably
Let's regularise it. Let's retrain and equip stakeholders with general safety in the value chain.
