  This is excellent and this is what we need in this African continent, the fact is that this democracy we are practicing is a deception and hypocritical. No democracy thrives without integrity and honesty, and unfortunately our democracy we have is short of these values. It's just about leaders deceiving people to get the power and use it to enrich themselves whilst twisting the law to protect them. We need to create a form of govt that will be beneficial to our circumstances and society.

  Our problem is that we've taken someone's outfit and just jumped into it without making necessary changes to make it fit our body. We can shout the word 'democracy' all we want, and we still aren't anywhere close to being a democratic society. We've had an opportunity to observe the mistakes of the country that we're trying emulate, but we've failed top use those mistakes as guidelines to keep us from running into the same stumbling blocks. Blinding following another's form of government without making changes to suit one's country's needs is just a waste of time, energy and resources. It's like taking a pair of pants belonging to basketball star Shaq and handing them to Don Little without making any alterations and expecting him to fit into those pants. Ghana has no shortage of well-educated men and women, and there's no reason for the failure to come together to assess our system of government.
