The fact that he called the AG to his house to discuss the case involving his (Kulendi's) cousin is enough evidence of case tempering. His cousin showing at that moment in time, all wired up to record the conversation with the AG, cannot be an accident, unless there's proof that Jakpa walks around every day wired up at all times to record all conversations he has with anyone. Did he show up at Kulendi's house by chance to record the conversation he was going to have with his cousin, the SCJ if we're alone in his house?

Even if SCJ Kulendi was unaware that Jakpa would show up wired to record, he definitely was aware he would show up to meet the AG there. He can't fain ignorance of a deliberate plan to entrap the AG, with or without the bit in secretly recording the conversation with the AG.

Kulendi no longer qualifies to be a Supreme Court Judge. He must go!

Please the SC judge did not invite them it was Dame who thought he could convince Jakpa to implicate Ato Forson with the help of Kulendi, so it was Dame who asked Jakpa to meet him at Kulendi's house.

Secondary if the meeting was done before the phone called then it can be said it is entrapment because the phone call is a continues conversation on what took place at the judges house and mind you there is letters written by Jakpa to the A.G.for plea bagaining which was rejected before this ambush meeting then this recording so the intention or mind set can be proof here
Thirdly we have heard from those who speak on behalf of the A.G. saying he has evidence of Ato Forson coming to his house or office to beg which is not yet publicly confirmed
