How easy to delude Ghanaians that everything happening in Ghana is better than what pertain in especially in Nigeria. Any surprise Ghanaians are now reeling in multiple depth crisis and cannot even settle external depth and even internal depth owed retired pensioners. Nigeria is not at the IMF for any bailout nor under the World Bank conditionalities and, even the Naira despite its depreciation is still stronger than the redominated Ghanaian Cedi currency. Ghanaians Business community continue to travel to Nigeria to import goods to Ghana. Measuring prosperity of a country simply quoting GDP figures is deceptive and Ghanaians must be realistic in their thinking and stop deceiving themselves. Ghana is country that cannot embark on any developmental projects without borrowing or look up to China for bilateral loan. Ghana should stop the self deception and be realistic with their problems.
