This minister does not know what she is talking about. It clearly shows she has no idea about telecommunication. It will definitely more than 1yr to deploy this 5G if the company has no existing network in the country. Why did the ministry not give this to existing operators under strict conditions and timeline with penalties, if they fail to deploy.hmmm Ghana is lost.
