The guy is on his way to jail, and they know it hence all this noise. But it is too late in the day. The conduct of the A-G has no bearing in this case to the extent that Jakpar has not admitted to lying against Ato Forson.

The public has no idea at all about the process the contract followed. The public did not know what actually transpired to effect the delivery of the ambulances. The only thing the public may be aware of is that they did not benefit from the purchase of the ambulances. Is that enough reason for the live broadcast? Let us turn our attention to something else, and allow the court to do their job!

As for now, we have every right to doubt a faire trail because of the AG's misconduct.
It has become a political tug of war between NDC and NPP which makes it a foolish case.

If his case was that strong he wouldn't beg the AG for a plea of bargain through his associates and going through the pain to stage this blackmail. Also, I encourage the full disclosure of the attempted interference of John Dramani in this prosecution, because he wouldn't be fit to govern Ghana if he condone such corrupt practices. These things happened under his watch and when the persons are being prosecuted he is alleged to have called on the president to make the AG discontinue the case. What is his interest here? In any case, Godfred told Jakpa it doesn't put him in any problem to accept his explanation and Japka said he disagrees. No attempt to induce him or put him under any duress assuming the recording is genuine. But we heard the request of John Dramani had conditions attached. As we call for the head of Dame we shouldn't forget John Dramani is accused of the same crime. And essentially, the fact that this corruption happened under his government.

It's okay to accept invitation from Justice Kolende, but the moment you saw Jakpa there I would walk away even if that would offend Justice Kolende. Jakpa would sacrifice even the reputation of his own brother chief Justice Kolende in attempt to save himself from the grasp of the law even if it means Kolende going down with Godfred.
