  Now I know it's true... you can never bribe KARMA..!!!!!! That stupid boy called Godfred Yeboah Dame had the stupid audacity to say that he will try the Honourable James Gyakye Quayson "ON A DAILY BASIS" over the bizarre and flimsy accusation that the affable man had flouted our constitutional provisions for parliamentary elections. Meanwhile, at the time of filing his candidacy, this man had already gone to the Electoral Commission to submit himself and all his documents for participation in the parliamentary elections, and HAD BEENCLEARED to do so. But hatred, wickedness, diabolism and judicial shenanigans caused this small boy to craft some stupid judicial interpretation and brought our country into some senseless chaos. Today, Karma has fully paid him for all the judicial manipulations that he was carrying out just to please chimpanzee Nana Akuffo Addo and his cabal at the JULORBI HOUSE. Thanks be to God!

  Not with these current crop of politicians. Even if a committee of enquiry is set to look into the allegation of the AG's actions, Akuffo Addo will issue a white paper to exonerate him. No need to waste our taxes.

  Do we have principled men and women who are ready to defend their principles with strong, honest convictions? No. Hopefully one day somebody will come around to take us forward. Very sad indeed.

  My question is, did Ghana’s constitution had plea bargaining laws enshrined in the constitution at the time Ohene Djan trial was held? Of course not: so it was quite clear that the said AG attempt to smuggle an alien system of plea into our laws could easily be quashed under the then circumstances.
  but it’s different ballgame in 2014 because the parliament of Ghana has passed the plea bargaining laws into our constitution. I’m aware of the Ohene Djan issue because I was taught by second accused person at the Sunyani Boys Primary School. I don’t want to mention his name on this platform, but everyone who knows about the case can confirm my assertions. Though I was very young at the time, but I remember some of the excerpts of the case. So I want to point to Kwaku Ansah Asare to stop playing mockery on the Ghanaian criminal Justice laws, because he seems to be comparing apples to oranges! He is citing a wrong interpretation on the matter!

I recall he Godfred Dame told James Quayson, the Assin North MP on trial that , he would go to jail like Adamu Sekande . Godfred Dame is the most haughty and pompous A-G in the history of Ghana who rides roughshod over people. He can only thrive under the lawless Akuffo Addo. Godfred Dame's days are numbered and the Pandora's box is opened !!
