I totally agree with Rockdon Dafeamekpor. The Judicial Service must immediately intervene in this matter by asking Yoni Kulendi to step down for a thorough investigation to be conducted. It is unbecoming of a Judge of the Supreme Court to meddle with an accused in an ongoing case outside of court and worse still in his private residence. Kulendi’s position has certainly become untenable, at least until a clarification is offered an he’s cleared of any wrongdoing. HE MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO SIT ON ANY CASES. NOT ALL. THIS IS VERY SHAMEFUL AND A CLEAR BREACH OF ETHICS. IF THIS WAS IN THE UK THIS WOULD BE THE END OF KULENDI. I WONDER, JUDGING FROM HIS PAST HISTORY WHETHER IT WAS A GOOD IDEA TO APPOINT HIM ONTO THE BENCH OF THE APEX COURT IN THE FIRST PLACE.
