If the EC can not do plus and minus in simple primary school arithmetics then how are they going to compile add maths and analyse statistical data? No wonder 2020 election results was announced more than 5 times.

I have scant knowledge of excel but I know you can have colourful graphs and pie charts from the data input. Perhaps the EC needs to upgrade to the latest version or use some of their funding to subscibe to Microsoft 365.
Who uses coral draw for statistical analyses. Shows the incompetence of the EC. Excel can be used to draw graphs and charts with the colorful visuals if she is not aware
