  GIDA is part of Ghana's problem as far as our concern for food security. They're corrupt there. Let an enquiry be set up on Dawa and other dams and you will realise the sort of waste that has engulfed the country due to GIDA activities. They award overpriced contracts to their cronies and share. They creat, loot and share.
  When was the mobilisation amount paid to the contractor and if they had defaulted in honoring their obligations, what enforceable rights have the state got?
  GIDA should ashamed of themselves for defending this dodgy contract. I call on the Audit Service to conduct forensic audit on all irrigation contracts paid for by GIDA on GOG, donor funded projects and NGOs and other MDAs. The rots are scary.

  Nothing has been done there. Give Ghanaians the expenditure break down.. 12000000 dollars 15ghc≠ 180,000,000 converted to old cedis= 1,800,000,000( one point eight trillion... Not good at all
