After all we have foreign embassies here in Ghana who if requested to,would have helped facilitate the aquisition of standard type ambulances.So why was this contract awarded? Was due diligence done? And not a single one of the ambulances was found fit for purpose.That is the question that keeps circulating in my mind. Why ,why why at all were those so called ambulances imported?
