  Why does the burden of reconstruction of a disaster caused by an exploitative private business be borne by government using tax money and contributions by other entities? Where is the company's insurance?
  The company does not share it's profit with us and so why do we have to be liable for their burdens? This is an example of transfer of communal wealth to private entities. This is unacceptable!
