Hepatitis B is spread through bodily fluids. Easier through blood compared to other fluids. Possible through saliva but not easy. Heat reduces the risk but not when the temperature of the food has dropped for eating.
Okay, let look at another angle. Whites have Hepatitis B, and their eating behavior is not like ours so, what is the answer to that?

Saliva is just one of the means by which it spreads. It can spread by other means.

Hepatitis B is not spread through food or water, sharing eating utensils, breastfeeding, hugging, kissing, coughing, sneezing or by casual contact. HBV is unlikely to be spread through saliva, but is possible through abrasion ...
