Is it true that Cassiel Forson made payments for substandard ambulances without authorization and that those vehicles procured did not paa’s for ambulances? If the accused is making a case of improper conduct against the AG why don’t you live that in the hands of the judge or even sue if you deem his conduct is in contravention of existing rules of the court or procedure or ethics? You’re only making a storm in a tea cup. Thieves.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION JAKPA IS AN ACCUSED AND NOT A WITNESS, HE COULD’VE BECOME A PROSECUTION WITNESS IF HAD CUT A PLEA DEAL TO TESTIFY AGAINST THE OTHER DEFENDANT( S)

There’s nothing wrong with the fact the AG met the accused or the defendant in the house of the Supreme Court judge. All these factors are part of means of cutting a plea deal with the defendant to testify against the more powerful Ato Forson, who is also accused in the case— and who seems to be pushing the crux of the malfeasance to Jakpa. From reading excerpts of cases that have been settled through a plea bargaining, judges are allowed to be present, likewise defense attorneys can also be present, it depends on how the AG wants to the process to proceed. The AG could’ve chosen not to talk to the defendant when he bumped into him at his uncles house. But I believe the question must’ve been raised by one of the three, which is not out of the way since the defendant has prior to that meeting consented to cutting some kind of a deal with the AG.

Why would he then try to nicodemusly seek the assistance of the accused without the involvement of his lawyer? Bottom line: Odame has no conscience - what separates humans from animals.
