Nobody wanted to merge with the insolvent GN Bank because they know itwas not a viable entity. The deadline passed and like other Banks such as UT your ;license was withdrawn.

If gvt was owing him it was between him and gvt. The regulator is interested in the quality of your assets on your balance sheet and not so much of who the obligir is. If the assets have to be written down and it will make your bank insolvent and rwsults in licence withdraqal so be it. It is up to you to go and bring fresh capital or recover the bad assets and make your bank solvent. The regulator did exactly what the laws passed by the peoples represenratives , pariamentarians expected . If this is not acceptable pls ask parliament to change the law. The law was not passed by BOG wai This is too technical for most people to understand.
