He can't press charges against him because he has no case. He was in court when the accused who had speaking under oath and can be cited for perjury was making all those allegations but could not defend, object or otherwise. ...

He can't press charges against him because he has no case. He was in court when the accused who had speaking under oath and can be cited for perjury was making all those allegations but could not defend, object or otherwise. It has now become part of the court records. Therefore it is deemed true until proven otherwise. Issuing out of court press statements and radio interviews are not in court records and can not be used for adjudicating the dispute. He better apologise and resign shamaful. Karma must hasten slowly
