He accused Ayariga of tax evasion, even when CID and GRA confirmed to investigators that the tax paid was correct. He charged him for writing his name on an ambulance bought for bawku, seized the ambulance to rot at the Bolga rcc. He was burnt on putting Ayariga behind bars by all means - hook or crook. So when he resigned and kissi took over and realized there wasn't any merit in the case against Ayariga, and filed a nolle prosequi, Agyabeng became his enermy number 1. His personal vendetta against Ayariga had failed and he can't move on or get over it.
