This is certainly arson. How can there be three fatal fires within a matter of a year (one fire in 2023 and two in 2024) ?

I'm suspecting the bunch of Nigerians that have recently moved to the area. It could be that Papa Soja was checking on the activities of these people.

With the fire in March in which Level 3 was burnt to ashes, I suspect it was intentional to destroy the guy's place, so that the pub run by Nigerians become the only one available during the Easter. Remember the two are just some 50 meters apart.

I have put forward very strong arguments to support my opinion. Bring your own arguments to refute what I'm asserting.

I still insist that the activities of those Nigerians MUST be watched carefully. I know what I'm talking about. There's no job, no industry, virtually nothing to search for in that place, so tell me what those people are doing there.
