It was his fault that his name was not captured in the 2020 Voters Register because he did NOT go to verify to make sure that his name was captured in the Voters Register when the Voters Register was exhibited for the 2020 Elections by EC.

The Law is categorical and clear: If his name is not in the Voters Register, there is no remedy for him. He cannot vote!
