The Central Bank i think has lost focus, from it's constitutional manage of setting rates,introducing money into the economy, providing supervision of commercial and other lending entities and other functions as mandated by law
It lost it's focus when it ceased to set fair rules, failed to shine the light for our Farmers and Business people to follow and also failed and stimulating the creative juices of our entrepreneurs and has become a tool to reward political party members
