I don't understand what you mean by digitisation in this matter after defending the report firsthand. So it is right for a company put up in 2017 by close associates with less than 10yrs experience in the field of consultancy to be given such responsibility that the GRA,GNPC etc themselves could not handle after years of experience in revenue mobilisation and mineral product management. So why release the report now. How does digitisation prevent this agreement even when PPA were breached. Will digitising GRA prevent an agreement that has been ordered from the presidency being reached. You not be realistic.
