Just go to a magistrate and seek a warrant foolish policeman. I am fed up with this nonsense the police exhibits. What is the emergency here? It is just a quarrel between a young man and a girl.
The IGP should call this policeman to order.
The guy said, go he will come. Indeed he does not have to appear at the Police station. He can instruct his lawyers to appear on his behalf and all that the police should do is to prepare him for court.
A sensible judge will throw the police out because of the conduct of this Inspector.

Where is the warrant? No warrant." In your developed country, if they have a probable course to arrest you, for example an assault, they come with a warrant. If 911 is called or in the act, then the parties can be arrested without a warrant. In this case, instead of the officer seeking a warrant from a magistrate or district court to arrest, the officer goes to arrest at his own whimps and caprices without the due process. About 95% of such cases do happen with verbal invitation in Ghana. If you dare challenge them that is where they show you where power lies. And sometimes they meet their meter. Instead of you to talk about unprofessional behaviour and its correction, you are here talking rubbish. In those developed country you are referring to, some police officers are shot if they act foolishly and unprofessionally. I hope you get it and stop this useless talk....
