How can the Supreme Court determine a case on something that is not yet a law? Not until the president assents that, it is not a law and the SC can not circumvent the process.

It's far reasonable not to allow A THIEVERY ( ILLEGAL ) BILL TO PASS TO LAW than passing it into law and then start to revert it or try to make corrections.

Mind you me, the ILLITERACY RATE IN GHANA IS VERY HIGH, if such a bill is first passed into law, innocent citizens are going to fall victim right away through so called,,, MOB-JUSTICE ( suspicion based )....
.....
The best way to prevent such scenarios from occurring is to prevent the ILLEGAL BILL from becoming law at the first place.
