Vinnie , Ghana is a small poor African country. If some rich country is giving us a gift and the president receives it , so what ? The president of Ghana is not that big.

Govt should supply kits to schools as it was done before to nature talents and skilled players not manufacturered academy players no skills

Most of these donated equipment are going to find their way to npp party offices across the country to be distributed to npp foot soldiers.
